One of the things we are passionate about is providing additional opportunities for students that are not normally available in school. Where possible we do this by bringing new experiences into school but, sometimes, that just isn’t possible.
This is why we said “yes” when Mr Dowson asked if we could help with travel costs to Newcastle University @newcastleuni – giving Y12 and Y13 Biology students a hands on experience in the electron-microscopy unit.
